Why teen self-defense classes?

For students aged 12 – 17, we’ve added teen self-defense classes. Teen classes run two days per week at our Cornelius location. Classes are on Tue and Thu evenings from 5:30 until 6:30 pm.
Your teen will not only learn the techniques of Krav Maga but also how to carry themselves, so they’re no longer victimized, and unlike any other school in the country, we guarantee our training. If your child is still being bullied after 12 months of training, we’ll refund your entire tuition.
Stop
Our teen self-defense classes are not for everyone. We will teach your child to exercise their right to defend themselves should it ever become necessary. This approach actually works – unlike pink shirts, puppet shows, group hugs, and reporting bullying to the teachers. If you have a problem with that, we’re probably not a good fit.
Confidence
One of the major benefits of our teen classes is the confidence it will instill in your teenager. Again and again, we see shy kids turn up to train who can’t make eye contact or speak up. Within six months, they’re helping to run the warm-ups, smiling, making eye contact, and making friends. The change is incredible. Even if they’re never unfortunate enough to need their self-defense skills, the increase in confidence alone is worth the program.
The confidence they gain in these classes will carry throughout their entire lives.
